Howard Johnson Express is located on Boston Road. It is only half a mile away from Bronx zoo and about 4 miles from New York University. | New York Hotels have more Business Travelers, confirms Starwood Hotels Profits |

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. posted a 15% increase in quarterly profits as foreign visitors increased to united states. The share price for Starwood also jumped a 52 week high and the income for it increased to $100 million from $82 million. The share price increase to 46 cents from 42 cents.
This was also due to increase in the room rates by 70%. The Starwood is leading the recovery of Hotel industry and it has its properties in Boston, New York and Washington. There is a rise of foreign visitors to cities like New York, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco and thus a increase in profits for health in the lodging industry.

| Hotel 5A to be renamed as Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue |

Marriott International, Inc. announced that their Hotel 5A(Clarion Fifth Avenue) at New York will be officially renamed as Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue. This 189 room hotel is located at Manhattan, 3 East 40th Street near to new York most famous avenue. There will be a complete renovation for the hotel and the number of rooms will be reduced to 185. The hotel is owned by DiamondRock Hospitality Company and it will be managed by Marriott International on a long term agreement. The hotel is situated at prime location and is best fit for business travellers to accomplish their business goals, with fun and entertainment.
